2023 in Review

In 2023 we saw the Foster House Project grow from a spark of “what if” into a real mission to bring comfort to children entering the foster care system. We are encouraged by the response we get everywhere we go. Once people understand the problem, they ask “How can I help?” Our current goal is our biggest: we must raise money to buy or build a house here in Madison County for this dream to become reality.

Our Goals for the Spring of 2024

Going forward this year we want to expand our volunteer base and ramp up fundraising, awareness, and engagement. We are actively looking for people with experience in any of these areas:

Fundraising We need folks with experience in grants and proposal writing. We need awareness and networking. We’d love people to help us connect with local churches and businesses.

Content Creation We need folks with effective writing and communication skills to help us improve our messaging.

Social Media We are looking for people willing to jump in and push our presence to the next level.
