Madison Church of Christ’s Kids Give Program Donates Over $5,000 to Foster House Project
The children of Madison Church of Christ in Madison, Alabama, raised over $5,000 for Foster House Project during the second quarter of 2025. The donation came through the church’s Kids Give program, which teaches children about giving by letting them choose and support real causes in their community.
How Kids Give Works
Each quarter, the children learn about a local nonprofit, talk about what it does, and then collect donations to support it. They chose Foster House Project for Q2 2025.
Why They Chose FHP
The kids wanted to help children entering foster care. Foster House Project is working to provide a safe, welcoming home where kids can wait while caseworkers arrange a foster or kinship placement. The donation from Kids Give will help move that effort forward.
Thank You
We are grateful to the children, their families, and the teachers and volunteers who led the Kids Give program this quarter. What these kids did — choosing to give their own money to help other children — is a good example for all of us. We thank God for their generosity and pray it continues to grow.
